Yes. The dual-use lid is designed to prevent leaks during everyday use. While secure for daily movement, it is not intended for upside-down shaking or heavy impact.

 Absolutely. The tumbler is crafted from borosilicate glass, designed to safely withstand temperatures from –20°C to 120°C (–4°F to 248°F). It’s suitable for hot coffee, tea, matcha, and iced drinks alike.

Borosilicate glass is more resistant to thermal stress than regular glass. However, to ensure durability, we recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes (for example, pouring boiling water into a frozen glass). 

Yes. The glass tumbler and plastic lid are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
To preserve longevity and finish, we recommend hand-washing the straws, especially the glass straws, with the cleaning brush. 

 We recommend hand washing glass straws with the included cleaning brush and warm, soapy water. Please use and clean glass straws with care, as they are made of glass.
